Calendar and message groups

Schedule practices and games on the team calendar, then confirm each team’s message groups look right.

Public tryouts and ticketed events live under Events. Use the team Calendar for practices and games once rosters exist.

Calendar

Open Calendar, pick a team and location, and add a weekly repeating practice. Details: Calendar events & practices.

Message groups

Each team already has rule-based message groups. Open a team’s Messages tab and confirm membership looks right — you do not need to create Custom groups for a normal season. Details: Messaging & channel membership.
